The RecruitOps AI agent is AI that does the recruiting work a family cannot: it reads the box scores, finds out who the opponents were and where they committed, writes the one line a coach will believe, and aims the email at a program that actually needs her. Every claim links to its source. Every send waits for a parent.
"Played Cascade Elite today. Harper went 2-for-3 with a double."
- 1Logs the gameNorthwest Summer Classic, Spokane, Jun 19. Opponent: Cascade Elite 16U. Pulls the box score from the family's GameChanger export.
- 2Identifies the pitcherBrynn Taylor, class of 2027. Same player under two team names on Alliance pages. One record.
- 3Finds the commitOregon, announced on a club roster page, dated. Tagged Oregon commit
- 4Writes the line and links the clipOne sentence a coach can check, with the AthletesGoLive clip and the play-by-play link.
- 5Checks the school listOregon is not on Harper's five. Two of her five have a 2029 shortstop need on their public roster. A draft goes to each, using only shared items.
- 6Waits for the familyNothing sends until a parent approves it. Harper is past the gate, so "Send" is available.

Twelve things the agent does, and what each one is for.
The agent is useful from the first import. It gets better as the record grows.
Reads GameChanger exports and AthletesGoLive stat uploads, reconciles them against each other, and flags the gaps. The family never hands over a login.
The same player appears under three team names across club pages, Alliance stats and news. The agent merges them into one record, hers and her opponents'.
After each event, matches every opponent she faced to a college commit, using full travel history, public rosters, Alliance and PGF pages and publications. Each commit carries its source and date.
One sentence per matchup against a committed player, written from the box score and linked to the clip and the play-by-play. Nothing is claimed that cannot be watched.
Reads every public college roster: who is at her position, which grad years are ahead of her, where a spot opens. Scores each school on her list for fit, and finds programs she has not considered.
A school-specific email in five to eight sentences: who she is, one true line about the program, two or three measurables with dates and conditions, where to watch her, thanks and contacts. Built only from items the family marked Coaches Only or Public.
Nothing goes out until a parent approves it. Approved mail is sent from the family's own account, logged with the date, and followed up when new numbers arrive. Below the gate, drafts are filed unsent.
Reads replies, schedules follow-ups, and explains what a coach's answer, or silence before the contact date, actually means.
"Played Cascade Elite today, Harper went 2-for-3." The agent logs the game, resolves the pitcher's commit, builds the line, and queues the drafts. The family gets a summary back.
Each summer: retest the measurables, rebuild the five-school list from current rosters, redo the camp calendar, reopen the Unsent File, send follow-ups with new numbers, and reconfirm the contact rules.
Looks at her public social posts the way a coach would and flags anything that reads badly, before a coach sees it.
A verified college coach asks in plain language. The agent answers with a shortlist of discoverable players, each line linked to its proof, and logs the inquiry to every family it touched.
It cites. It does not pitch.
Most recruiting AI writes a glossier profile. This agent is built to produce lines a coach can verify in ten seconds: the opponent's name, her commit with a source, the box score, the clip. A measurable without a date and conditions does not go in an email. A commit without a source is not a commit.
It also knows the rules by grad year. It will not contact a coach who cannot reply yet, it will not send for a player below the gate, and it tells the family what the calendar means instead of letting the silence do it.
- Store a login. Imports are family exports or partner feeds the family authorized.
- Invent a number. Measurables are stored as entered, with the field, the timer and who measured. No rounding.
- Send without approval. Drafts wait. Approved mail goes from the family's account.
- Show a coach a private item. Or any item at all before a parent turns on discoverable.
- Sell player data. Aggregate use requires a purpose-specific opt-in in the consent ledger.
- Talk to a minor as a customer. Accounts are the parent's. Nothing is marketed to players.
