RECRUITOPSAI
For college coaches

Who she beat.
With the clip.

A profile site shows you what a family wants you to see. RecruitOps AI shows you what she did against pitchers who are already committed to programs like yours, with the video, the box score, measurables that carry their date and conditions, and her contact date. Search is free for verified coaches.

Opens in the 2027-28 season, after family accounts and club seats.

Harper Lane is a fictional player. Every number on this site is invented to show the format.

The workflow

Verify once. Then ask.

No app to learn. You post what you need, search the way you would ask an assistant, and read profiles where every claim has a link. The rules on contact are enforced by the system, not by your memory of the calendar.

Every search, profile view and contact request is logged, and the family can see the log. That is how families trust the system enough to turn discoverable on.

  1. OnceVerify your identity

Your account is checked against your program's current staff page. Your access carries your school. No verification, no access.

  2. Each seasonPost your roster needs

Position, grad year, what you are looking for. Families aim their outreach at posted needs, so the emails you get are the ones you asked for.

  3. IncludedSearch discoverable players

By position, grad year, region, club, measurables, and whether she has faced a committed pitcher. Only players whose parents turned on discoverable appear. Ask in plain language or use filters.

  4. IncludedRead the proof

Matchup lines linked to clips and play-by-play. Measurables with date, field, timer and who measured. Full club history across every age group. Her contact date, on the page.

  5. IncludedFollow and request contact

Follow a player to see new games and retests. A contact request routes through her family and is held until her Division I contact date. Before then, she can write to you; you cannot write back, and the system knows it.

  6. Program toolsEvaluate at scale

Match your posted needs against every discoverable player. Ask the agent across your whole board. Matchup and commit analytics by position and grad year. Export to your recruiting CRM.

What you get that a profile cannot show

Evidence, not exposure.

Matchups against commits

Not season totals. Who she faced, what she did, where that pitcher is going, with the clip. The one line that predicts how she plays at the next level.

One record per player

Club, high school, Alliance, PGF and news, resolved into one identity across every team name. The same for her opponents.

Measurables with conditions

Exit velo, home to first, pop time, 60. Each with the date, the surface, the timer and who measured. Stored as entered, never rounded.

Her list, if she shared it

Families keep a five-school list with reasons. When a family shares it, you can see your program is on it and why, before you spend a visit.

Outreach aimed at your need

Families' drafts are built against your posted need and your public roster, so what lands in your inbox is relevant and short.

Outcomes over time

Commit, roster and still-playing labels recorded every year, so the record shows what actually happened, not just what was promised.

Access for programs

Search is free. Evaluation tools come with a program plan.

Search, profiles, following and posted roster needs are free for every verified coach, the same as the tools you use today. A program plan adds the agent working across your whole board: need matching, plain-language queries over every discoverable player, matchup and commit analytics, and export to your CRM.

Program plans are being shaped with college coaches ahead of the 2027-28 season and are published when they open.
