RECRUITOPSAI
For families

You own the file.
The agent works it.

RecruitOps AI is the one place your player's recruiting record lives. You enter or import what you already have and decide item by item who can see it. The agent finds out who she faced and where they committed, writes the proof, finds the programs that need her, and drafts the email. You read it, and you send it.

What the agent does for you

The work you have been doing at midnight.

After a tournament, you send the result or drop in the GameChanger export. The agent figures out who the pitchers were, which ones are committed and where, writes the lines with the clips attached, and checks every public college roster for programs with a 2029 shortstop need. Then it drafts an email to each one, from shared items only, and waits for you.

It also keeps the calendar: her contact date, the gate, the camp months, the retests. Every summer it rebuilds the plan with the new numbers. Every job, in detail.

  • Finds the commitEvery opponent she faced, matched to her college commit with a source and a date.
  • Writes the proofOne line per matchup, linked to the clip and the play-by-play.
  • Finds the needPrograms with an opening at her position and grad year, from their own public rosters.
  • Drafts the emailFive to eight sentences, school-specific, built only from what you shared.
  • Waits for youNothing sends until a parent approves. Below the gate, it files instead.
  • Runs by textSend a result from the parking lot. Get the log, the lines and the drafts back.
The profile

Everything is optional except her name and grad year.

Add sections as you have them. A profile with two sections is a real profile. Entering and owning your data is always free.

Academics

GPA, test scores, transcripts, course rigor, NCAA core-course progress. Private by default.

Character and training

Clubs, volunteer hours, jobs, leadership. Lessons, outside coaches, endorsements. Training locations stay private.

Video and social

The recruiting tools

A school list, a camp calendar, an outreach log.

The Five

Five target schools, each with the roster at her position, the grad years ahead of her, academic fit, cost, the camps they run, and why it is on the list. "Not found" is a valid answer. When a school comes off the list it stays visible, crossed out, with the date and a one-line reason.

Camp calendar

Every camp across the Five on one list: usual month, ages, cost, whether the college staff coaches it or rents the field, and the family's decision.

Outreach queue

Each draft is five to eight sentences: who she is, one true line about their program, two or three measurables with dates and conditions, where they can see her, thanks and contacts. Drafts use only items you have shared. You approve, edit or skip. Sent mail goes from your account, and the log keeps the date, the response and the follow-up.

The Unsent File

Before the summer ahead of tenth grade, drafts are dated and filed instead of sent. When the gate opens, the file is there, ready to send with current numbers. You can override the gate; the default is to wait.

Timeline

The dates are set by her grad year.

Division I softball: coaches can contact her from September 1 of junior yearFor a class of 2029 player that is September 1, 2027. You can write to coaches before then; they cannot write back. The file shows the date on her feed, and a coach who views a discoverable profile sees it too. We confirm the rule against ncaa.org every year.
The gate: the summer before tenth gradeFor a class of 2029 player that was summer 2026. Below the gate, outreach is drafted and filed, not sent.
What we will never do
  • Store your platform logins. Imports come from exports you make, or from partnerships with the platform.
  • Host her video. Clips stay where they were recorded. We keep the link.
  • Show a coach anything private. Coaches see nothing at all until a parent turns on discoverable, and then only items marked Coaches or Public.
  • Send without approval. Every outbound message is read and approved by the family first.
  • Round a number. Measurables are stored as entered, with their conditions.
