RecruitOps AI is used by minors and their parents. These are the commitments the product is built around. The full policy will be published on this page before family accounts open.

What we collect

Only what a family enters or imports: the player's name and grad year, and any optional sections the family adds (games, stats, awards, academics, character, training, measurables, video links, social links, club history). From this website, only what you type into the interest form: your name, email, who you are, and anything you add. No analytics scripts, no advertising trackers.

What we never collect

• Your logins to other platforms. We do not ask for them and we have nowhere to store them.
• Video files. We store links to clips on the platform that recorded them.
• Other children's data. Opponents in a matchup are recorded by name, team, grad year and public commit information only.

Who can see it

Every item has one of three settings: Public, Coaches, or Private. Transcripts, schedules and training locations start Private. A club coordinator sees only Coaches and Public items. College coaches see nothing at all unless a parent turns on discoverable, which starts off. Private items are never shown to anyone outside the family, never used in a draft email, and never returned by a search.

Consent

No player account exists without a parent's consent, recorded with the version of the terms accepted and the date. A parent controls visibility and the discoverable switch.

Deleting

A parent can delete a player. Deleting a player deletes everything attached to her: profile, games, matchups, measurables, school list, drafts and logs. There is no soft delete.

Contact rules

The product encodes NCAA contact rules by grad year and shows each player's first-contact date to the family and to any coach who views a discoverable profile. We confirm the rules against ncaa.org each year.

This website

The interest form stores what you submit so we can reply. We do not sell, share or add it to any list. Fonts load from Google Fonts; the site runs on Cloudflare. Players shown on this site are fictional.
