A recruiting coordinator sees the whole roster: grad year, positions, how complete each profile is, how much outreach has gone out. The agent does the commit lookup and the drafting for every family on the roster. Opening a player shows only what her family chose to share.

Roster view
Every player with grad year, positions, profile strength and outreach count. Sort by who needs attention.
Shared items only
A coordinator opens a profile and sees items the family marked Coaches or Public. A private GPA is not there.
Commits across the roster
After each event the agent resolves every opponent's commit once, for the whole team. The coordinator sees which committed players the team faced and who on the roster has a line against them.
Outreach across the roster
What the agent drafted, what families approved and sent, to which schools, what came back, and what is filed below the gate waiting for its summer.
Contact rules per player
Each player's Division I contact date and gate date, computed from her grad year, so the coordinator never guesses.
Families stay in control
The coordinator can see and suggest. Only the family approves a send, and only a parent changes visibility.
One decision brings in the whole roster.
From the 2027-28 season a club buys a seat for each player through its dues, and every family on the roster gets the same file, the same agent and the same rules. Families outside a club can join on their own once family accounts open. Details are published here when seats open.
