These are the terms of using RecruitOps AI, in plain words. The full legal text will be published on this page, and a family agrees to it when it signs up. Where the two differ, the full text governs.

Who can use it

A parent or legal guardian opens the account and gives consent for each player before anything about her is stored. Players are minors; a player uses RecruitOps AI through the login her parent gives her, and her parent keeps consent, deletion, the plan and who sees what. Club coordinators and coaches use it for the teams they run, and see only what each family shares with the club.

Your data is yours

Everything a family enters belongs to the family. We use it only to run RecruitOps AI for that family: to show it, keep it current, and do what the family asks the AI agent to do. We never sell it. A parent can download everything or delete a player at any time. Results, commits and rosters that are public elsewhere are kept as a shared record that every family and verified coach can see, the way they are public today.

What the AI agent does, and does not

• It proposes; you decide. Everything it finds or drafts waits for the family to confirm. Nothing is sent to a coach without a parent's approval, or the player's own once her parent has handed her that.
• It can be wrong. Every find carries the page or screenshot it came from so you can check it. Check before you rely on it, and fix anything with Edit.
• It reads only what it may. Public pages, never social media pages or sites whose terms do not allow it. It never asks for or stores your logins to other platforms.
• It does not promise outcomes. RecruitOps AI does not guarantee a roster spot, an offer, aid or admission.

The rules stay yours to follow

RecruitOps AI shows the NCAA contact dates for each grad year and holds outreach for young players by default. The family and the player remain responsible for following NCAA, NAIA and junior college rules, and for what they send. Check the governing body's own pages for anything that matters.

Plans and limits

The paid plans are yearly, per player, and renew each year until cancelled. Adding a player adds her to the plan, prorated; removing one lowers it. A family can cancel at any time from Manage billing; the plan runs to the end of the year paid for, then the family keeps everything it entered. Each plan has limits on what the AI agent does, listed on the Plans page and in the app. A club that buys seats covers the families on its team while the seats run.

Fair use

Do not use RecruitOps AI to harass anyone, to enter another child's private information, to post a commit you know is false, or to try to get around its limits or anyone's privacy settings. We may suspend an account that does.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we say so in the app and by email before the change takes effect.
